Atelier Scents takes pride in offering carefully crafted fragrances. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns & Refunds
1. Return Eligibility
Only exchange is allowed under specific conditions.
2. Exchange Eligibility (Damaged Products Only)
Exchange is accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 2 working days of delivery
- An uncut unboxing video of the product is mandatory as proof
- Without the unboxing video, the exchange request will not be accepted

3. Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the unboxing video is not provided
- Used or opened products
- Products that have been tampered with
4. Exchange Process
All exchange requests are reviewed by our team.
If your request is approved:
- We will initiate the exchange process accordingly
- Further instructions will be shared via email
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please review the cancellation terms below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
2. Order Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

All exchange decisions are made at the discretion of Atelier Scents. However, we always aim to provide a fair resolution for our customers.
